Vital AI ("we", "our", "the bot") is a Discord bot that provides server analytics, health monitoring, and community management tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our services.

Process premium subscriptions via Stripe
Deliver vote rewards from Top.gg
Relay messages in Global Chat/Ads features
Enforce bans for rule violations

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data may be shared with:

Stripe - Payment processing for premium subscriptions
Top.gg - Vote verification
Supabase - Database hosting (encrypted)
Other Servers - Only via Global Chat/Ads features you opt into

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including:

Encrypted database connections
Secure webhook authentication
No plaintext storage of sensitive data
Regular security reviews

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access - Request what data we have about your server
Deletion - Remove the bot to delete all server data
Opt-out - Disable specific features that collect data

To exercise these rights, contact us on our support server or remove the bot from your server.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us immediately.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Vital AI to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot immediately.

2. Description of Service

Vital AI provides:

Server health monitoring and scoring
Analytics and growth recommendations
Moderation and management tools
Cross-server communication features
Premium subscription tiers with additional features

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service
Not attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the bot
Not use the bot for illegal activities
Not circumvent rate limits or restrictions
Ensure you have authority to add the bot to servers

4. Premium Subscriptions

Tiers: Free, Starter (£4.99/mo), Pro (£12.99/mo), Agency (£29.99/mo)

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
You may cancel anytime; access continues until period ends
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Free trials (via voting) do not auto-convert to paid

5. Prohibited Content

The following is prohibited across all Vital AI features:

Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory content
NSFW or sexually explicit content
Harassment, threats, or doxxing
Spam or excessive self-promotion
Illegal content or activities
Malware, phishing, or scam links

6. Enforcement & Bans

We reserve the right to:

Automatically ban users who violate rules in Global Chat/Ads
Remove servers that abuse our services
Terminate premium subscriptions for violations (no refund)
Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities

Bans from Global features are permanent unless appealed successfully.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability
Maintenance may occur without notice
Features may be modified or removed at any time
We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

Vital AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Damages arising from use or inability to use the service
Loss of data, revenue, or reputation
Actions of other users in Global features
Third-party services (Discord, Stripe, etc.)

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced on our support server.

10. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time by removing the bot. We may terminate access for violations without notice or refund.

Global Features Policy

Global Chat

Global Chat connects your server to a cross-server messaging network. Messages are relayed via webhooks and are not stored by Vital AI.

Rules:

No invite links
No @everyone/@here mentions
No hate speech, slurs, or harassment
No NSFW content
2 second cooldown between messages

Enforcement: Violations result in automatic permanent ban from Global Chat. Messages are relayed with your username and server name visible to all connected servers.

Global Advertising

Global Ads allows servers to broadcast advertisements to other participating servers.

Rules:

No hate speech or discriminatory content
No NSFW server advertisements
No scam or phishing servers
Cooldowns: Free (4h), Starter (2h), Pro (1h)

Visibility: Your server name, member count, and user ID are visible when posting ads. Pings are stripped from all relayed content.

Opting Out

To stop participating in Global features:

Global Chat: Use /global disconnect
Global Ads: Use /ads disable

Your server will immediately stop sending and receiving global messages.

Ban Appeals

If you believe you were wrongly banned from Global features, contact us on our support server with:

Your User ID
Server ID (if applicable)
Explanation of the situation

Appeals are reviewed within 7 days. Decisions are final.
