This Privacy Policy and the associated Terms of Service apply to any bots and services owned or operated by VAI Development, including but not limited to Universal Bump, Vital Onyx, and Vital AI. References to "we", "our", or "the bot" include all such products. Vital AI and these related bots provide server analytics, health monitoring, community management, and other Discord services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our services.

You may stop using our services at any time by removing the bot. We may terminate access for violations without notice or refund.

Global Chat connects your server to a cross-server messaging network. Messages are relayed via webhooks and are not stored by Vital AI.
Rules:
Enforcement: Violations result in automatic permanent ban from Global Chat. Messages are relayed with your username and server name visible to all connected servers.
Global Ads allows servers to broadcast advertisements to other participating servers.

Visibility: Your server name, member count, and user ID are visible when posting ads. Pings are stripped from all relayed content.
To stop participating in Global features:
